Council Co-hosts Phone bank featuring Bill McKibben to Elect Arizona Climate Champions

Council members joined Bill McKibben as well as friends and allies at Lead Locally, Jane Fonda Climate PAC and Third Act, to turn out the vote for clean, affordable energy candidates who are running for election to the Board of one of the country’s biggest publicly-owned utilities. Arizona’s Salt River Project governs energy and water infrastructure for nearly 2 million people in the Phoenix metro area. 

The future of energy, water and data projects across the state of Arizona will be influenced by the outcome of this election, and the Council is proud to stand with the incredible candidates in support of their campaigns.
