Berkeley, CA | October 25–26
Council Chair Michelle Deatrick kicked off a canvass to re-elect Berkeley City Councilmember Igor Tregub (District 4), an environmental champion and a longtime leader in Democratic environmental organizing. The next day, she also launched a phone bank for his campaign.
Igor founded the Young Democrats of America Environmental Caucus and served as its first chair, and he is a former Chair of the California Democratic Party Environmental Caucus.
