Report: From the Environmental Caucus of the Wisconsin Democratic Party

The following report is from the the Environmental Caucus of the Wisconsin Democratic Party:

We are currently monitoring the 2025 Wisconsin Legislative Session with regards to environmental and climate change legislation. In March 2025, we held a Zoom event with newly elected Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Susan Crawford during the Supreme Court Election.

During the 2024 election campaign, we had a letter writing campaign supporting our Democratic candidates. In addition, we made many presentations on the Inflation Reduction Act to county parties and a special presentation at the 2024 Democratic Party of Wisconsin State Convention.

As we move forward, we will continue to highlight and defend the achievements of the Inflation Reduction Act. In addition, we will be implementing initiatives on Environmental and Climate Justice and Rural Outreach. We are also planning to have local "meet ups"  and continue to have educational events.
