Deatrick Joins WisDems Chair Remiker and Congressional Nominees Cooke and Berman for “The Road to Victory”

DNC Council on the Environment and Climate Crisis Chair Michelle Deatrick joined Wisconsin Democratic Party Chair Devin Remiker and Democratic congressional nominees Rebecca Cooke (WI-3) and Mitchell Berman (WI-1) for a virtual discussion hosted by the Wisconsin Democratic Party Environmental Caucus, organized and moderated by Caucus Chair Vik Verma.

Chair Remiker spoke to the state of the 2026 campaign in Wisconsin, while Cooke and Berman — both running in top-targeted districts as part of the DCCC’s “red to blue” program — discussed their races against Republican incumbents Derrick Van Orden and Bryan Steil. Chair Deatrick shared the national electoral context, including how climate, energy affordability and data centers are showing up as winning issues in competitive races across the country. A Q&A session followed.
