Council Chair Joins Rally & Advocates on Capitol Hill Against Trump’s Big Bad Bill

Chair Deatrick traveled to Washington, DC and joined the League of Conservation Voters, Sierra Club and other ally organizations to advocate against Trump’s harmful tax bill. If it becomes law, the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” will eliminate clean energy tax credits created by the Inflation Reduction Act and wreak havoc on our progress toward a clean, safe and sustainable future.
