At the country's largest annual progressive convention, the Council is holding a panel discussion, "How to Engage Younger Voters on Climate." Danielle Deiseroth, executive director of Data for Progress is a panelist, with other exciting speakers to be announced. The panel will explore takeaways from the 2023 elections, polling, messaging research, and why leaning into climate is a winning strategy for 2024 and beyond. Chair Michelle Deatrick moderates. Join the Van Buren County Democrats for their June meeting! DNC Climate Council Chair Michelle Deatrick will speak about the Biden-Harris Administration's historic climate and environmental justice achievements, and the importance of climate as a winning issue for Democrats up and down the ballot and with a wide range of voters.
